Deutsch: Das der Stadt Labiau 1642 vom Großen Kurfürsten verliehene Wappen mit Waldsymbol und Jägersymbol weist auf die Lage der Stadt und die Beziehungen des Großen Kurfürsten zum Wald und zur Auerochsenjagd in der Nähe Labiaus hin.
